Welcome to our Newsletter...

Welcome to 2008 – a brand new year for the Great Vacation family. You’ll find some changes this year in how this newsletter is constructed, with a lot more links taking to you more places for more information to help you plan the best vacations in the world.

You’ll also find that the stories here are shorter with click-throughs that bring you access to more in-depth information, as well as a faster read for those who like to skim through things. In other words, you’ll have access to more things in less space.

In this issue you’ll see the names of our Photo Contest Grand Prize winners – and a big “Thank you!” to all the newsletter readers who voted for our winners. On that note, we ask you to send in your favorite “down-the-shore” photos to enter the 2008 Photo Contest. You might be one of our winners this year and receive a great prize – plus, see your winning photo here in the newsletter, and then see your photo in the 2009 Great Vacation in-room guide. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves. Let’s deal with this issue – and 2008 – first!

We have all the usual information here on Great Vacation things to do, activities and attractions, information on shore accommodations, dining, shopping, real estate and Atlantic City entertainment, too.

Of course, we should mention that the Great Vacation in-room guide books in 7,000 guest rooms coming in the spring of 2008 are becoming a SUPER Guide to the whole southern shore region, packed with information on all the shore towns from Brigantine to Cape May – and everywhere in between – with new features and information on things you need to know about.

We should also mention that when you go on our primary website:

www.GreatVacationGuide.com you’ll discover that we cover every shore and bay town in the state of New Jersey, and you can read about towns and attractions north of Brigantine that you may have never visited, but now that you have a source of information about them, you’ll find other options for future great vacations of your own.

If you haven’t tried it, check out www.GreatVacationShoreRentals.com  - one of our sister sites that offers you a Direct Connection to book your vacation accommodations.

We don’t stop at the border either. Under development: www.GreatVacationPropertyRentals.com -  a site designed to bring America – and the world of Great Vacations - to you. So, welcome aboard for 2008. Share this newsletter with everyone you know – its’ FREE! Glad you’re with us! Let’s have some Great Vacations together!

Sincerely,
The Staff at Great Vacation / Successful Seasons Inc.
